Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy


Appisgreat (“us”, “our”, or “we”) respects copyright laws and expects our users to do the same. It is Appisgreat’s policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), Appisgreat will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Website that are reported to our designated copyright agent.


How to Report Copyright Infringement


If you are a copyright owner or their representative and believe that any content hosted on our Website infringes your copyright(s), please submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Copyright Agent listed below with the following information in writing.


To expedite our ability to process your request, please use the following format (including section numbers, as applicable):


1. Identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon.


2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing the copyrighted work, and contact information of the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.


3. Include the physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.


4. Include a statement that the Copyright Agent may forward the notice to the complaining party, to any third-party that may host, be responsible in any way for, or be affiliated with such content material.


5. Include a statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.


6. Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and must be signed by either: the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.


Upon receipt of the written notification containing the information as outlined in #1 through #6 above:


A. Appisgreat will remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;


B. we shall forward the written notification to such alleged infringer (“Alleged Infringer”);


C. Appisgreat will take reasonable steps to promptly notify the Alleged Infringer that Appisgreat has removed or disabled access to the purported infringing material.
